SANTÉ SPECIALTY FOODS, SANTÉ NUTS – FOOD PROCESSING FACILITY
The product success of Santé Nuts has allowed Santé Specialty Foods to expand their production process from a small commercial kitchen to a full-blown 15,000 square foot processing facility. This food processor of candy-coated nuts needed to increase their production to fulfill the greater demand for their product.
The preliminary involvement of Axiom included the initial conceptual and schematic design for the process layout while maintaining a food-grade plant design.
Axiom’s involvement extended through the construction phase with the primary focus on mechanical food process design. Axiom participated in weekly construction meetings to assist in all areas of construction and or engineering needs to keep the project on time and on schedule.
