GENERAL INSTRUCTION BUILDING IN THE PRESIDIO OF MONTEREY, CA LEED SILVER CERTIFIED

General Instruction Building is a 109,255 square foot instructional building, which includes 102 classrooms, staff and faculty offices, multi-purpose training areas, cultural rooms, curriculum resource areas, and academic support areas. This facility will serve approximately 820 individuals, including Presidio of Monterey Military Personnel. The General Instruction Building achieved LEED certification for energy use, lighting, water and material use as well as incorporating a variety of other sustainable strategies.
